lol---ok maybe it seemed like 35 against the 16u team pitchers--remember they were 1st yr 12u, so maybe 40 tops. Just looked like 35 compared to older stronger girls.

Sorry, but I feel the need to speak out for this team that you are discrediting. We haved faced 95 Texas Glory and I can assure you that they throw faster than 35 - 40. Actual speed... I'm not sure but I know they can bring it with alot of movement. This fact is quite obvious when they can hang with some great 14U teams tournament after tournament.

Lori, you need to know your facts before you speak out against a team. If you know the coach personally then please let us all know.

BTW. Most 12U "A" teams are far from 35-40. This is actually and insult to all of them!

The pitcher you refer to is a junkball pitcher. Has a fastball in low 50's. Lives on offspeed. Rest of pitching staff throws upper 50 to 60. Batters have to be able to hit more than just fast balls
