WOW!!!!! What has happened to the Firecrackers/Fusion? Everyone had them picked to win the tougher of the two brackets this past weekend in Rockwall. Instead they were sent home by the 98 Firestix!!!!!!

Finish was 1st - Pride Sattler 2nd- 14U McKinney Fireballs 3rd - TX Heat

I heard they had lost some players but wow? Was it a bad weekend the an end of an era?

WOW! Looks like someone has a bone to pick with the Firecrackers. lol.....Also looks as if D-Bat was picked by a few to place top 3 but you didn't mention them. Why not give kudos to the Firestixx or Pride for winning?

Nice of you to notice the Firecrackers finish. If you must know the coaching staff had a death in their family. Both coaches as well as DD's were not there. Give them a break...the balance of the team did the best they could.

Maybe they should have dropped, at the last minute, instead of going out playing with the rest of the girls. That is probably what the majority of teams would have done, so as not to risk the ill informed opinions of those in the unknowing heybucket public.

Firecrackers Girls must have played with heavy hearts. Kudos goes out to them for even trying.

The Fall the way our coach looks at it is exactly that to look at what we have. It is not to win tournaments. Either way they do need to do well in th following tournaments then everybody can talk.

Obviously some parents that were on this team previously are waiting for them to crash. Only time will tell. Kind of sad that feel wish those things on teams with a bunch of hard working young ladies.

Correct, D-Bat Lopez was also picked to place but TX Maverick makes no mention of them. I get it, the Firecrackers/Fusion have a "target" on them and when they don't win every tournament its amplified. Congrats to Pride on their win.
