what new add on eteamz? Game on? Does this mean you filled the pitching position? Does the mom/dad of your pitcher that "needs some work" know you are trashing there DD on HB

Although I hate having to answer your question, I am going to do it because I do not view it as trashing anybody. Only "you" would consider it trashing. The fact is, she does need some work and we could not depend solely on her to pitch in bracket games as our only other pitcher until HS ball is over. My add on Eteamz was a way of answering your other question and to let everybody know that we are ready to start playing and having some fun.

It is funny that when your dd was part of our team, you never questioned me directly or tried to start anything like this. In fact, at one time a while back, I thought you said if your dd was put on my team, Zig would go away. That never happened. Maybe now you will stay off of my back on here. I have learned a lot over the last year or so about HB and I try my hardest to not do anything stupid so that people like you will not take pot shots at me and hide behind user names. I am not perfect and from time to time I will put my foot in my mouth, that part is guaranteed!!

LOL!! Again didn't realize you where coaching. As long all parties understand and agree, then no one should get upset. I personally would have to look long and hard before allowing my DD to fill in as a temp. Either she beats out the HS or she is left behind not pitching when she returns. All in all a tough situation on both sides. When in doubt through a RISEBALL.

Why can't you run a STRONG 3 man rotation with the fourth pitcher getting a FULL pool game and bracket's against team's she can handle. As everyone knows, pitcher's have bad weekends and when that happens it's great to have another pitcher to go to. I know you would have to sit down and talk to all your pitcher's parents and explain this, but I don't see where anyone is being unreasonable with that scernerio.

Maybe we are talking on different pages, I am asking if my DD is a strong bracket pitcher why sould she settle for 1/3 of the games? I know it works on some teams ( sudden Impact 96) has three strong and one good one and makes it work. Again , all parties needs to understand what they are committing to.

LOL!! You just don't get it. Nobody is filling in as a temp except for the girls that are rostered on other teams that have too many girls playing HS ball and their select team cannot even play until HS ball is over, and then, I still wouldn't call them temps because they generally help the team out that they are picking up with quite a bit. I know in our situation, the girl we picked up and the other two girls that we already had, will and already have helped us out. When HS ball is over, they will go back to play with their 18U Gold teams. (Unless, of course, we can prove to them that our team is a good situation for them too and hope that they would want to play the summer with us?? Hope, Hope!!)

I guess your dd is on a predominantly 96 team and HS ball does not effect you the way it has effected us. We still have two girls that have not yet been told by their HS coach if they are on varsity of JV. I am just making sure we have enough girls to go play any tournament and make sure we have a chance to compete.

Zig, please do not think that I am trashing the two girls that are in limbo between JV and Varsity

BTW Riseball, thanks for the vote. I noticed when you joined the Phantomz got another vote. You must like our team or are very close. I am wondering how you know that my dd is #27 when we have not even received our uniforms. She has been wearing 46.

My dd is a strong bracket pitcher but she cannot pitch every inning of every game. Cmon dude, you cannot be that unknowing??

Whatever team you play for, just be happy that they do not know your log in on here or you may be kicked off the team...
