OK, fair enough. At the Mac we had one new girl who played with them in the spring but took a break and came back for the fall. Nine players ever since. Anyone posting from the Smash only said "We'll be ready" and "We'll be in the mix". They were ready but definitely not in the mix for this one. You watched us play so no need to ask what went wrong. Can't catch, can't hit, can't run= no winning. This is one of the most aggressive teams out there and our hitting and speed normally carry us. No excuses.

Smash (coaches and parents) are very cocky and arrogant IMHO. Good to see them (coaches and parents) get knocked back to a little reality. No excuses though, you gotta love that!!

I think it is strange that softballrocks talks for the team here on HB. Sounds like a similar situation with the ex-Fury team and 77's dad.

As a former parent and coach I can honestly say that your perception is completely incorrect the Smash have a great bunch of parents and the DD's are great kids. I think that people always put needless scrutiny on successful teams. We enjoyed our time and hold those parents and girls as good friends.

I am curious where you are going with your second comment, who are you expecting to defend or comment on the team's performance? SBRocks has a vested interest in the team why wouldn't he comment.

I said nothing towards the girls. Have just observed a little too much cockiness from parents and coaches. Got lucky at RM. SCC was more the norm for them. Deal with it!!

SBRocks DD obviously is on Smash. I am not taking up for the team my comments were just giving my insight but you ar entitled to your opinion. Yes, we are now with Storm Elite, no secret there... Trash on Ms. Summers.
