the woodlands win over atascocita. 2 games saturday at the woodlands es hard to beat.
kingwood win over klein collins. pitching by kingwood and lack of pitching by collins.
belliare win over cy lakes.
pearland win over brazoswood. es gonna take a team effort
cy fair win over cinco ranch. hitting by cyfair and lack of hitting by cinco.
manvel win over deer park. i just closed my eyes an picked one. 1 game makes it go either way

Gotta go with Atascocita and I don't think Deer Park has any problem.

Either one or two secernio's are going to happen this weekend due to weather????
1. All Teams will end up playing One game playoffs???? or
2 Teams will be traveling distances to find Dry Area to get games in.

One thing I know is that the UIL doesn't bend on rules and would hate to see a coin flip decide the fate of games. GOOD LUCK to all and I hope the skies part and the sun comes out!!!!

I assume the rain has all the High Schools, involved in the playoffs, scrambling to find dry fields to play their games on. As it has been mentioned earlier, the UIL have their rules that the games have to be completed or a coin toss will decide a winner. Good luck to all in the search for some dry or semi-dry dirt.

Atascocita beat the woodlands 1-0 game 2 and 3 tomorrow
cyfair beat cinco game 2 is going on now

I also heard that deer park was losing 3-0 to Manvel... haven't heard if they finished the game yet.

Deer Park pulls it out!!!! Winning 7-6. Game finished at 2:30 A.M. this morning. Also heard freshman from Atoscicita pitched a gem with some GREAT defense played behind her. All these games are nail biters with who can execute at right time!!! Houston Area softball is SO talented!!!

I fixed for you coach. Wow, finished at 2:30 am and was playing in Bryan. I wonder why they didn't play the second game of a double header at Dawson or Brazoswood. I heard games were played at both of those fields. Is that true?

I don't know why?? Guess they didn't think they would get it in down her before the rain????? DP vs Manvel was single elimination. Heard Manvel was controling the game(had momentum) till lightning and rain set in. It was 3-0 at that point.
