I put them in First, second and third Heck If it helps I'll give them fourth and tied for 5th.

Not sure why everyone is so angry about us supporting a group of 11 yr old girls who provided all of us the top competition in 10U last year.

Oh and for that lets look at some things

TPS 98 10u 2009 Nationals 4th place.... Top Houston area Texas team
TPS 97 10U 2008 Nationals 5th place.... Top Houston area Texas team

Both teams coached by (take a guess) :?

Who was tied for 7th in 2008

I take nothing away from the team I mention I have been and will be a huge fan of the RH's I whole heartedly believe they are the top 97 team in the state and have always given them that respect.

I will let you in on a little secret, that was not the case there were some great defense on the top 10u teams. You might should have watched some of the top 10u teams play instead of just reading about them on the bucket.

The 97's got a taste of 98 TPS last season in a tournament. Let me see, I think they won that tournament. But wait it was probably not the good teams there, or those teams were not TRUE 97's . Had to be something because all they had was pitching last year with no defense. :o

You would be correct about something and that is the quality of the teams that were at that tournament...they were league teams b/c the A teams were all attending qualifying tournaments.

Why are the two of you trying to paint a target on the TPS 98' backs anyway??? or kissing a$$?? :o :o :o :o :o

It is called giving teams the proper respect they are due. They will be a good team this year and I like the team, they do what it takes to be competitive and they work hard at preparing to play at a high level. Don't be a hater if you are not happy on your team you could probably find a good 98 team that might have ya.

They might in the future but have not yet earned their respect in 12U. What does not seem to be sinking in is that this in no longer 10U. You need to create a new topic titled "Stuck in 10U and TPS rocks" and I am thier biggest fan.          :o :o :o

It must be tough being on a team that you have to be worried about the younger teams coming up the ranks. What is not sinking in with you is that there are some teams that will compete in 12u at a high level just like the RH did last year. "Ok pumpkin"

There is a difference b/t the RH and TPS 98'. You have no clue! :D But that is OK, you will soon enough. :D :D :D This means nothing just wait until we all hit the field and that will speak for itself!

You are easy to rile up.

Not riled up at all. Enjoying the entertainment from the rattling of your cage. Ya'll get so into it. :D :D :D :D

I've listen to the comments and replied to some of the comments about, some of the 97 12u, teams feeling it might not be worth while for them to play 12u because there is limited competition for them.

Some of the top 12u 97 teams would be Red Hots - High Voltage - Ice 97 - 97 Tx Sting - 97 Panthers just to name a few

My question is ----

1st Part

How many 12u tournments did each of these 97 teams enter from fall of 2008 thru spring and summer of 2009 ???

2nd Part

How many of those tournments did each 97 Team win ????

Very Simple Entered? Won? We are talking just 12u tournments

This should help answer if there is any competition in 12u

Tex, I think that is a valid question.... I guess it takes awhile to recall all the tournaments that those teams won last year. I'm sure someone will post that info soon. :o

Only 7 teams in the Stars Over Texas "Beaumont" Tourney? Where's the Red Hots, TPS, SKI, Woodlands Thunder, Lady Stro's and the rest of the gum bumping chumps on the Bucket? All this smack talking and only 7 teams for this tourney what a shame. Never played in this tourney but I heard it's a good Fall starter.
