I know of at least two assistant coaches that have kids on the team.

Do you know what their role is in the recruiting process? Are they the ones who talk to the college coaches regarding the players on the team? Just curious.

In my experience, Ken Glass does the on the field coaching, what he does with regards to recruiting when his team is not playing, I know he talks to coaches between games etc. I would be bet he makes calls on behalf of his players as well. As far as handing out the recruiting sheets at tournaments and showcases, most of the time it was a parent or assistant coach with a kid on the team.

Probably hard to find assistant coaches year after year that would be willing to stay without a daughter on the team. I know Mark Bright stayed.

Totally agree that it is nearly impossible to find asstant coaches to stay w/out a daughter on the team. That is why the original statement is none. All organizations have some sort of parent assistant coaches or recruiting coordinators.
