Who is Marti with the redhots? If he is the dude coaching 3rd I would agree with Zig. 3rd base coach displays a disrespect to the game and the team they're playing. His actions are fine for a parent but not a coach on the field. All the other coaches are cool. Even Mohawk dude.

The 3rd base coach for the Redhots is one of the most stand up guys out there....never acts like the arrogant clown that some of these other coaches do. If being loud and doing cheerleader jumps gets his girls going then let the man jump.

Marti is the guy busy on the bucket looking like Johnny Cash and acting like he is calling pitches. As for the 3rd base coach, he is one of the nicest, most stand up guys any of us will ever know. He has never tried to show up another girl, coach, or team. He is just the most positive person in the entire world and his way of showing it is trying to pump up our girls and fans with cheers and jumps. WWWWWWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!

Okay....I read this site 20 times a day...but never post..honestly it is like a car accident that you can't stop looking at but know you shouldn't be. But after I read some of these posts I had to say something.

From the perspective of someone who has been a Red Hot Insider....
First of all the crazy 3rd base coach is one of the best people that I have ever met. You know the kind that are so nice you are like is this guy for real...well he is for real!! He is super dedicated to the girls and the parents and just wants the kids do be successful and have fun! He also wants the parents to have fun as well. As far as that goes he wants the other team and their fans to have fun too...Oh by the way asmak, he wants you to have fun too!

Second, after I have read all of his posts this one is harder to defend but I will try anyway...Marti is cocky and arrogant but it is because he truly believes what he writes. He is a proud and confident coach and it spills over into being cocky and arrogant. BUT he and the other coaches on the team make their kids believe it as well. I believe that is why they are so successful because they make those kids believe that they are invincible and great and they can beat the US National team if they stepped on the field with them.

Nothing more dangerous than a 10, 11, 12 year old athlete that thinks she is invincible and can beat anybody else.

Just my two cents....from someone who has been an insider and an outsider...

Marti goes on here and talks about his own team and the rest of yall come on here and talk about everyone else's teams under fake user names.

HHHHMMMMM...so who really it the bad guy????. ....The one who is cocky, arrogant and thinks his team is the greatest softball team to ever step on a field....or the people that hide behind fake names and talk about other teams to make them feel better.
