I have no doubt that there are "other" freshmen on your team that are making important contributions to the team.... HOWEVER - Super K is the only player on the entire Katy Roster that I know.... and seeing how she and my daughter are BFF's and how well she has been playing for you guys - i thought a little "shout out" to her was in order.

I have heard good things about the other freshmen pitcher that moved in from Georgia... wow - what a great situation for Katy HS to be in.

How fortunate we are in TX to have the great HS pitchers that we have. Blaire Luna is a Texas signee. Rachel Fox is a Texas commitment. Bree Brown to DePaul. The Katy HS pitcher from Impact Gold is a 2012 and you KNOW the colleges already have her on the radar. Summer Groholski is a 2011 pitcher from Impact Gold and is already verballed to University of Houston.

Blair Luna pitches for Texas Blaze Gold during travel ball and her pitching teammates have also been doing well. Ashley Kirk signed to University of North Texas. Diedre Outon, pitcher/utility(and her twin sister Haley, catcher) have verballed to University of Houston.

I 100% agree. I enjoy seeing the great players we have in the area. I enjoying see my DD play against & with all this great talent. My DD played travel ball with Super K from Katy last year, and I know her future will be bright. I wish more parents would imbrace all this talent we have in Texas instead critizing the girls, because they play for a different team.
