Monty first congradulations on your new team. Whether you are a coach or parent I have nothing against the team or organization. The players I know of that have joined are without a doubt some of the best around. With this however comes a whole different level of parental EGOs. Most of the parents are known for their willingness to move on quickly. If 60% of the players that play in the first tournament are there come ASA nationals it will be a surprise. Again great organization and top players the problem will be the parents just like it always is with any team that carrys that many stud players with easily excited parents.

Unfortanetly your immaturity may have just proven my point. If you can't control yourself during a message board discussion how will you handle your DD sharing time with the other studs

REALLY SORRY! "REALLY"..... It looks like I struck the nerve of a touchy subject for you. I was just trying to make light of such a negative thread. I did not realize there was so much jealousy in youth softball. I am from CA and can't wait to see all the TX teams at Nationals in TN, so we can silence the critics and show that CA has all the talent. Better luck on your DD playing time. And from what I've heard the best 10U team in TX is TPS '98. No match for CA teams and we proved that last year in Nationals.

TPS 98 will be the team to beat. TX Sting will also be very competitive with some solid pitching. TX Peppers won't even be in the running. TX Rage were good last year but haven't seen much this year. Kaos is getting alot of props right now without ever stepping on the field so I hope they can hold true to it. But I would love to see the players from all the TOP teams. I don't know of any from TPS or Sting that have left for Kaos, I know of two from the peppers and can't speak for the smash.

As for the other teams I don't see anyone else at the moment that will be in the running for nationals.

CA did have a great showing at Nationals last year! But thankfully we don't give up that easily!

One thing about the 98Sting is they are a very fast and aggressive team. I see on eteamz they are still looking for a player, but if they get the right one they could be the top!!!
