USFA Comes to DFW

by Dadoftwo » Tue Jan 03, 2012 8:36 am

Not a kick to the groin just a question. Bobby we've traveled to play in a few different USFA tournaments in the Splendora, Katy, Houston area. Why are those tournaments all around $125-$150 and all of your tournaments are $250-$325? Just a question not implying anything, just curious. Thanks

Answer is very simple! Houston area is pay at the plate. In most of my events I am paying the Umpires.

If you look at my pay at the plate tournaments most of them are $100.00.

The Winter World Series in Splendora is more because of the awards will be more costly than the nornal weekend events and other costs.

Any plans on holding any USFA tourneys in centex area? We dont mind traveling to Houston or DFW some but having local once in a while would be great!

We would love to have events in the centex area. Any Ideas where we could secure complxes. We also do not have to host them ourselves. If you know of any tournament directors that would like to host USFA events then contact us and let us know.

USFA has pulled all of the Burleson Events off of our web site. They will return to our site when and if we get contracts from the City of Burleson. We were told that someone else had the fields but have not producted the agreements.
