2-0 against Sudden Impact (Serrett)
6-2 against Texas Heat
7-3 against TCB
7-2 against Intensity

The team looked ok, still have a lot to work on but were happy with their first outing. Not to bad for a team that has been together for such a short time.

Which age group is this?

This is 14U, the new Tx. Storm Elite team being coached by Christa Raley.

better yet, known as "the texas storm eleite"!!!! what were they doing in missouri city and what was happening there?? i thought the really good 14u's were in bbusa this past weekend?? how could they let tcb score 3 runs against them? i think they are going to be a huge joke and they definately did not pick the best twelve girls. have three pitchers all with the same pitching style. woo hoooooo go "the texas storm elite"!!!! no, my dd did not try out for them in case you are wondering...

go bananas, go go banana nana

It is pretty obvious that your daughter did tryout for that team and did not make it. Otherwise you would not be dogging on them the way you are. You are transparent.

And it is pretty obvious you are with them

True test will be when all the good teams have to play each other. When you have to go through at least 3 good teams to get to the ship, then thump your chest!!!!!!!!!
Good job winning all your games but come on...........Who did you really beat ;)

This is why I am always smiling when I read this. Check out this turn of events....

1 - Someone starts a topic "Houston 9/26 weekend scores post the results"

2 - People respond. One of which talks about this Storm team going 4-0 in a RR and says "The team looked ok, still have a lot to work on..."

3 - Someone who probably has been waiting for a month for a chacne to dog the storm jumps in about all the great action at BBUSA but doesn't post any scores, (Must have missed the topic, see #1)

4 - Then in response to #2..."go through at least 3 good teams to get to the ship, then thump your chest!!!!!!!!!"

Oh well it gave me a good giggle. My shows are back on so I'm off once again.

Yea, makes me giggle too, Sorta like your post about the Peppers some time back!
Went something like this, 'Guess they didn't get any great players', or close enough. I would say yea, 'Storm Parent'
Not bad though, they are a good team, but remember, most post are in the fun of the game and only those that attack a youngster personally should be hung out to dry ;) Back to my show.

Just so we all understand I really do read this stuff to have fun, so don't take me seriously at all. This thread just reminded me of something we did in a Communication class in college. They start by whispering a saying to one person then they have to whisper it all around the room. What ends up at the end barely resembles what was started.

Still wanting to hear how things worked out at BBUSA.
