I don't know what you mean by good try. I'm fairly new on this board and was just trying to determine your credibility and whether you are for real or just throwing stuff out here without any basis in reality.

Anonymity allows for that.

I agree that there are better parks than Gateway. It does need some updating.

I thought the OP asked for your predictions for the outcome of the tournament, not an arguing session about where the tournament is being held?? I pick the Pearland Phantomz to take it all.

Are you new here? Since when has a thread not been diverted into another subject on HB. And it seems that you've been a willing and able participant in that practice...probably near the top of the list.

As for this one, it's as valid as the OP's subject.. Texas softball represented by the likes of a trashed out facility like Gateway is a disgrace....especially when there are a half a dozen wonderful alternatives available within a 15 minute drive.

So much for the Velocity as my #1

Pearland and Tulsa play each other next, guess I should have checked the brackets before I picked.

"WE" is the same group of cry babies from keller abd southlake who do not want to conform to the rules set forth by ASA, whine when they don't get what they want, piss and moan instead of trying to improve softball in ftw, and think they are actually doing some good by hosting usssa stuff...lol

cry on keller and southlake, cry on.....or maybe, just maybe, try to become part of the solution instead of adding gas to the fire...but then that would be the MATURE RESPONSIBLE thing to do, wouldn't it?

Right on Bro'. Keller and Southlake run the crappiest tournaments and their facilities? Ha! They're the worst.

And man do they add gas to the fire...In fact, I'm pretty sure they're the ones that started the fire at the Olympic showcase fiasco. Never mind FWASA shooting fireworks in a 50mph gale.

And this guy Gotcher. He's the man! Always prompt and courteous...willing to help all the other associations that might... just might be a tad bit interested in hosting an ASA event.

And the USSSA and USFA stuff out there in Keller and Southlake? Why in the world would all those teams want to show up at that crap? I mean ASA has shown us all this week that they're the bomb!

The umps and TD's are the worst too. The 500+ teams that go to these places each year just don't have a clue.

I think I'll write to those guys and tell them to be more mature and responsible....you know, like that Lori fella.

Congratulations to Texas Kaos 95! They worked hard to stay undefeated, allowing only four runs in eight games played. Great job earning the berth to Moline in 2010!
