That is a good point about the HOF A tournament. I will ask them this weekend when they are playing in a B tournament trying to prepare for their run at Nationals. And Joe, I'm glad to see you are a man not afraid to cry in public, but I noticed you didn't have any substantive comments about my excessive remarks. I know this may break your heart but you see when I wrote those comments they were not intended just for you. Also, as I understand it this is a fastpitch softball forum where topics about softball can be discussed under protection of the First Amendment. So while I appreciate the fact that you dont care about my comments, there may be others that share my opinions.
Again, you seem to be missing the point. I did not come on here and say 96 Glory or this team or that team is playing nothing but B tournament and should move up, I was commenting on what goes through a coach's mind every year when they renew their registration with VTD or Register ASA or whatever and they have the ability to decide their own classification. I mean if you play A or Open tournaments exclusively then most people would consider you an A team. Therefore, why continue to list yourself as a B team. Or, if you were an A team, then supposedly acquired better coaching and players, why change yourself to a B team. Bottom line, if you are a true A team, then why would you ever play in a B tournament, even if you are playing up 1 age group?
