Are there still spots on any Adidas teams?

Can we be positive instead of ripping somebody apart because they say their kid is a good pitcher?! Sounds like a bunch of jealous daddys to me  . Also exposure and getting asked to be on a team has ALOT to do with being at the right place at the right time, not being asked has nothing to do with her not being good. NO- I have no idea who the girl is, Just Sayin...

The only reason someone gets ripped on here for a comment is when it is not necessary or just stupid. All of our kids work hard. But we do not come on here saying mine is one of the best (insert your own) in the country. Most normal parents play it down and say ya she is good. She works really hard.
As far as the exposure and getting asked to be on a team. Everyone knows everyone in the softball world. If she is that good, unsigned and did not come to an Adidas tryout I would assume most coaches would call and ask if they were at least interested..... JUST SAYIN!!!!! Peace

If she's NOT the main pitcher for her varsity softball team, she's not legit and Adidas won't be seriously considering her. No matter who else is there, if she's not the main pitcher, she's not really legit.

And, I don't care if she's from North, South, East or West Texas, that's just how it is, especially for the Adidas coaches.

Sometimes parents need reality checks.

I don't know the player, but not being the starting pitcher on your HS team is not the way I would judge if the kid is a good athlete. I could give you numerous examples of top athletes that either do not play where they probably should play or may not even start on their HS teams. Is it possible for a HS coach to get it wrong. ;)
