I made my picks but now we need to wait and see since Southlake is going to pool play and then bracket advancement.

Hopefully one pool doesn't get stacked with all the good teams because then someone will sneek into bracket play.

Out of the 26 teams listed for this tournament / friendly, the top 6 in any order are:

Fusion(Sidwell)
Arkansas Livewires
Tx. Glory 94
94 Tx. Glory (Elliot)
94 Tx. Elite
95 Tx Travelers

Thats listed by 2008 play history and in no particular order.

Only the last place team from each pool is not going to make the Sunday bracket, so all of the good teams should have no problem making that. The only problem will be that the brackets are seeded based on performance in pool games, so tough teams could face each other early in the bracket if they don't all play well in their pool games. Glad to see seeding like this because meaningless pool games are getting very tiresome.

I agree with MaryAnn; I like the pool play/bracket as long as they do it right. Eventually they will get it right.

Keep it coming!!!!!!!!!!!

There are 26 teams so it seems that 1 pool will contain 6 teams and since only the top 4 will move on then 6 will go home on Saturday.
