A seasoned 18 GOLD team is the way to go.

#1fan I'd agree you are right on the non-parent coaches, but what you describe applies to any team, it doesn't have to be just 18 Gold!
So all else being equal, shouldn't a 15-16 yr old player try to join a seasoned Gold team rather than 18 "A" or 16 "A" to increase the possible exposure? Isn't that the question of this thread?
