LORI'S DAUGHTER ISN'T A GOOD ENOUGH SOFTBALL PLAYER TO EVEN SIT ON THE BENCH OF TEXAS FUSION'S "GOLD" TEAM. LORI CAN'T UNDERSTAND WHY AND STILL HASN'T GOTTEN OVER IT. LORI'S LITTLE PRECIOUS MUST BE A VICTIM. ACTUALLY SHE IS. OF A PARENT STRUGGLING TO FACE THE REALITIES AND LIMITATIONS OF THEIR KID'S ABILITIES.

WHAT WILL LORI DO WHEN COLLEGE COACHES DON'T RECRUIT LITTLE PRECIOUS, OPTING FOR OTHER PLAYERS IN THE AREA INSTEAD? WILL THE COLLEGES REPLACE TEXAS FUSION IN LORI'S TRAUMATIZED WORLD?

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE SEND ME SOME KLEENEX?

REGARDS,
OH SO SAD SQUIRREL
10 years from now I'll wish I felt like I do these days.

I frankly would like to see this "hype and self promotion" you talk about! But I must say I wish Fusion, Glory, BatBusters, et al would not give you any reason to feel you need to slither out from under your rock! I like it better when you have no drivel, or BS to spout. Good Luck to your kid whoever he, she,or it may be! Honcho aka Dan Beaty (because I'm man enough to post who I am!) How 'bout you Lori? :ugeek:

Good luck to you with Xtreme Gold. Heard they were gonna make a run at it next year.

There is a lot of teams setting at home, that wished they had the opportunity to go 2 and out.

If Lori's DD would have been on this team they would no doubt have made it until at least Saturday... j/k

They made the tourney and kudos to them for giving it their best shot. Prediction is that they will be back again.

No doubt they do deserve the credit for being one of the 64 teams to qualify, and I even respect them more for doing it without the college kids. Kudos to them.

Not sure they will be back anytime soon I believe they are losing alot after this season, and from what I can tell their 16U team has 1 (LHP), maybe 2 players who will be able to contribute to a Gold team in the next year or so. Both would probably benefit with another year in 16's.

*** Raises hand ***
When asked how many times she hit Tiger with the golf club, she responded, "I'm not sure...put me down for an 8!
