Who is the best club coach in North Texas?

According to the VTD, this team will be coached by Dan and Kyle. What happened to the Kyle and Ed 16U team?

There is also a post on the VTD for Glory tryouts and you are suppose to contact Kevin or Ed and yet Dan and Kyle are starting there own team.

I'm confused!!!!

AND how can ONE organization have FOUR gold teams?

Isn't the idea of GOLD to bring the best together?

I suspect one of the reason there are so many Gold teams in the Glory instead of putting the best in one team is a mix of a couple reason.

EGO (they want to do it there own way) and planning (organization should have had a plan on how many teams for each age group.)

I would suspect that when your leader or founder of your company leaves the company after being liked and respected by so many and hands the reins to the next leader and then the founder wants to come back after some times it can be uncomfortable at best. I suspect they are friends and could get along just fine. But i would not be surprised if there is a split of some kind in the future.

This years best was in one gold team- Kevins.

I think sbfan touched on a good point- differences in managing opinions. So instead of conflict, DA comes back and just does his own thing with his team. Nothing wrong with that at all, both should have awesome teams.

But to re-iterate what I said before- don't dilute because everyone needs a place to play. A little exclusivity at the top is a good thing.
