What are the three top qualities that parents want out of a coach? No particular order.

Honest - A coach who is open and truthful about
a) the organization
b) the team
c) all the dd's abilities
Good teacher - Able to teach the dd,s the fundamentals of the game to move them forward
Fair - in their handling of all matters concerning the dd's and the parents
Plus as stated above about winning they have to show results by having a competitive team

1. Not stealing money from the kids and parents
2. Not telling one group of parents one thing and telling another group something different.
3. Guess the first two can be summed up as HONESTY.

Not asking to justify a fit with a team.
Want to give parents an opportunity to let coaches know what is important to them.
