Are there any sleeper teams that come to any ones mind?

Mean Green out of East Texas should be pretty tough again, with a chance to make it to College Station. I know they are not a D/FW team, but since there really arent any other 16u East Texas teams, you could throw them in the D/FW group. That is where they play the bulk of their tournaments.

I think nascar jimmy has a far ascessment of DFW. Does anyone else have a view on these teams?

Who is actually playing 16u in houston? I'm in a younger age group but had thought 16u was going by the wayside? Heard everyone was "18 GOLD" LOL. don't need the comments on that just courious about college station turn out?

Not everyone jumps to Gold, some actually want a chance to play in front of over hundred college coaches in College Station this year.
Off the top of my head here is a short list of Houston 16u teams:
High Voltage
Storm Demarini
Storm
Texas Rebels
Shockwave
Houston Power
Hit-A-Way
There are several more but that's just the ones that I can think of right now. Last years 16u Nationals had over 160 teams I believe and it was in North Dakota if I remember right. I feel pretty confident that there are many Houston teams that would love to play at College Station this summer.
