By travelling every other weekend to play the top Cali teams, I have come to these modest conclusions: Pitch location is the most important. Follow that with pitch movement. Now if the pitcher can do this with speed...she becomes elite. Also, the most important pitch is the change up. With a really good change up, all other pitches look faster.
