(ilovesoftball),

Do not get so defensive, yes it is about the coaching, however, it is up to the players as well. All you did with that comment was put out some doubts out in the open. I will not make any more comments in reference to this matter. Thanks.... 8-)

It was a beautiful weekend. Yes, The Storm Elite did well this weekend, and I am very proud of those girls. The truth is that all the games were nailbitters, and the outcome could have easily been different. There are some great 14u teams in this Houston area, and some darn good coaches, whom I am glad to be associated with. Fred, you and your team are a class act. Your new fields are nice. Thank you, for having us in your tournament. :D

Refreshing to see a positive post. Sudden Impact did a great job with the fields and hosted a very well run tournament(umpires included). There are definitely good teams in the Houston area, as well as some very respectable coaches. A "class act" is difficult to find sometimes with competition being what it is. The politics and drama always seem to surface, but the girls are most important. There were multiple teams @ this tournament that were a good representation of what we should all strive for. I know, easier said than done, but possible none the less.
