Why is ASA not for everyone.
{A} because nsa has been a large league in Indiana for years.

Is nsa bad for me.
{A} absolutely not, as long as you play ball it can only improve your skills.

Should i consider the transition from NSA TO ASA.
{A} if your play is better then most, you should consider the change.

What can ASA do for me better then NSA.
{A} There are a few ASA teams that play a demanding schedule to give players the opportunity to be seen by many college scouts.

Your telling me i can get a Scholarship to college playing ASA verses NSA, [ thats hard to believe , because i even will play in high school.
{A} more recruiters will be at maijor ASA tournaments then any NSA or High school games, your exposure through ASA is way much better getting a scholoship then nsa or high school. Almost every colledge and pro softball player out there went on to play ASA.

Are all ASA teams the same to get me what you say above that i might possibly get.
{A} No, not all teams are equal to one another, if you have what it takes, and your expectations are high, you can find these better teams to help you acheive your dreams.

I feel you are 100% correct. Now I do know this, is an opinion of mine. But for someone who has made this transition you are pretty dang close. We went from a city All-star team to a NSA-B team to a pretty decent ASA-A team all in 3yrs. I will say there would have been no way to compete at levels we've seen this year playing at the NSA-B level. Also I will never knock NSA I really enjoyed many good times in tournaments. But I know where my daughter needs to be. So I will seek out every opportunity to get there. This will be to travel to showcases, camps, and every tournament that says Firecracker. LOL But its true.
