First Tournament

by dailyjoy » Wed Feb 01, 2012 12:46 pm

I am anxiously waiting for our first tourney......... :(

It has been forever since fall ball ended and with the winter being so spring like the weeks drag by...........

I know there are some teams who have been playing inside or traveling south to play but it seems they are the exception.

For everyone else when does your tourney season officially begin? :D

i cant wait either, there is nothing like outdoor tournaments, but; i wish at times i had brought my earplugs.especialy when you hear-come on u guys!give us a break-your team is killing us,or u hear good eye-good eye -when the ball was indeed a strike and she dosent swing and everyone on the other side is groaning about the missed call by the ump.[there human also],or when the ball is finnaly smashed deep an the outfielder makes a diving catch-[dang,that woulda been that teams only hit that game]! what a shame,,and the good old league games; when the loosing team always says';[well its just for fun anyways].or i dont care we lost the tournament because the team that won- we finnaly beat 1 time-,yes .its only a game,,lollollolhahaha-i need a drink cause we just got smashed.so welcome one and all-this is travel ball,no such thing as were only 11u playing 12u teams and getting beat, this is the next step to colledge for some, every game is important whether you win or lose-the diffrence is how well as a player you played,if you gave it your all then you cant feel bad.suck it up and keep going stronger and stronger,my lil suzzie Q coach?tell me why she's batting way down in the batting order[tell me why coach].well does your lil suzie Q need a hitting coach maybe?.does she practice on her own when not at practice?or [I] dont understand why you pulled my lil suzzie Q off the field in the middle of a game, tell me why he did that  ,well maybe she dropped a few easy catches :| maybe she isnt haveing a good day :x maybe she is just really day dreaming out there  and momma suzie Q say's!well my lil girl is the best on the team and your coaching ability just lacks  ,take that coach.lolololo.,like i said,i can"t wait till the games to begin outdoors

Played in Crown Point this past weekend. Must say that the facility was really nice for an indoor tournament. It was well lit and well organized. The competition level was good and we as a team were able to add some things to our "to-do" list. The only knock I would have would be the limited room for fans and warmup areas, but everyone from each of the teams worked together and made the best of it.

Kudos to the Crown Point Bulldogs for winning the 12U Tournament. Solid team, well coached and will be a tough out for anyone this year. Good job and keep up the good work.

See what I mean about the therapy. I believe bill just said they won a tourney and that they looked pretty good! I love these guys who obviously have some kind of inferiority complex so they get on here and try to start arguments just ignore him maybe he will go away.
