"A" teams?? or "B" teams

I like how Organizations try to attract quality players by using their "name" sell the team, when at the end of their season they go back and play "B". If you are a good, well know organization you should play "A" level travel ball at all ages, at all times. "B" should be for new, transition players, and first year teams getting started.
