Midland Magic Showcase

I'm curious about other people's thoughts on Midland Magic Showcase last weekend. I was impressed last year, but not so much this year. We had less contact with coaches at this tournament than we have had so far. The other issue could have been I'm not sure how many schools were in attendance, that our kids contacted. I did see coaches watching, just no contact from them, perhaps our team just sucks?

Wasn't sure either till the bio queen said she handed out 20 team bios last weekend so I was pleased with what we had at the backstop. Had two get offers this week based on last weekend as well so all in all a good couple of weekend's for us.

Have to agree it all depends on who the kids contact, and who is in attendance as well.

Don't think your team sucks, but that guy that coaches third base is a little shady..........LOL

BB, I know there is probably a plethora of reasons why no one was talking to us over the weekend, not the least of which is I'm sure our age.

I also know we have an issue at 3rd base, I'm going to coach him up this weekend!

Hopefully there will be more schools there this weekend that my DD has contacted. One coach did send her an email and say that he'd watch her this weekend.....I think you may know him.
