Of course I'm partial to McCutcheon taking the Harrison 4A sectional, but we will find out tonight in what I expect to be a close game. I expected Logansport might be a spoiler but they lost to Kokomo last night. Whoever wins this sectional won't make it past regionals, with all the good teams feeding into it.
#9 2A Delphi trounced Carroll last night.

Harrison 4
McCutcheon 3
Unique ending. Bottom of the 9th, score tied at 3 and Harrison has a runner on 3rd with no outs. McCutcheon decides to walk Jordan. She reaches out and slaps the second high and outside pitch to the right side scoring the winning run.

What an ending! Kind of hard to be upset when Brooke and DD are on the same travel team. McCutcheon walked Brooke earlier and got out of a tight situation, so it seemed to make sense at the time to do it again.
Kokomo beat Lafayette Jeff (no surprise) in what became the late, late game. Expect Harrison to take the sectional, but I doubt they will make it out of the regional.
