It was not my intention to get into this, but since you posted the rule it hit me. This is the rub in softball. With slappers, they get credit for a SAC. While technically she is moving the runner, she is also doing so with the intent of getting on. What is the general consensus on this? Let me guess...if she gets on safe, it's a hit, if not or if there's an error it's a SAC.
