I have recently seen a few teams that want to point fingers at umpires, directors, and/or facility and tournament directors for their losses. These umpires work hard for all of us and they want to make the right call as we want them too as well. Facility and tournament directors work their asses off to accomadate these teams. Looking outwardly for blame is irresponsible coaching and if your insinuating the fix is in, than you are extremely disrespectfull and I have no time for the likes of you as you should not be coaching!! A true and mature coach takes ownership for their teams wins and losses. There is no excuse for that type of behavior!
