How did Voltage do? And how did Bri do against the 94's?
The world does NOT revolve around you.

>>>Stars disposed of Valley Voltage(Bri pitched game),<<<

Is Vans still on the 14U Am. Stars roster? That kid has great stuff, and a very nice mom.
The spirit, the will to win, and the will to excel are the things that endure.
These qualities are so much more important than the events that occur.

I've seen Vans pitch. She's the best pitcher under 5'-3" in 14u!! Throws in the mid-50's. Throws just as hard as some taller girls, but has movement!! American Stars have a good pitcher in Laura, strong defense, and potent offense. Ken's got something good going on there with the Stars. Last years Bomb Squad '94 girls he picked up when that team dissolved have been key to they're success.

Agree with Verdade........ AM Stars are a quality team and are coached very well.

Here are my votes:
#1 Lakewood Ladies (WHT)
#2 Corona Angels
#3 Can be anyone else on the list, but the nod (because of their history) IMHO, would have to go to the '94 Victory USA team. Great talent, great coaching!

i havnt heard anything about lakewood black losing any games recently...and victory doesnt look like its lost anything since nationals...i think lakewood white has been playing 16s since fall...lakewood, lakewood, victory...until those "honorable mentions" post a "w" against these teams, hard to see them break this list...JMHO

Victory has been beaten recently by 2 teams not even on the list ... Quicksilver and American Pastime.

Victory also didnt even qualify for Nationals at State last year. But look what they did at Nationals! Its not what you do in friendlies in March, lol!! I think there are alot of quality teams out there, and on any given Sunday....you just never know.....

Thayne - it was nothing more than a response to the post that stated that "they had not been beaten ..." nothing more. It will all shake out this summer. My opinion is this; this is all a waste of time and energy, let's all kick back and see what the summer holds, should be fun!
