Teams disbanding, merging, or new teams in So Cal?

by tbone » Sat Aug 15, 2009 11:54 am

Does anyone have any knowledge of teams disbanding, merging, or starting up? Especially in the 16U or 18U

All Quiet on the Western Front. 8-)

But check the TX boards... players, coaches, teams and whole organizations comin' and goin' faster than your tax dollars!
Don't worry about tomorrow. You did that yesterday.

I noticed that Stan Haskell, of CTS, is now hooked up with San Diego Legacy ( I think 12's and 14's). Don't know if it will stay with the CTS or go with the Legacy name?

Not 100% sure, but I think Mike Smith will be coaching an older age division, 16s or 18s. For the 14u & 12u divisions, there is a '95 team (new head coach), '96 team (Knighten), '97 team (Lockman) and a new '98 team. Not sure about 10U.

Maybe you yahoos should pay attention to the OP. He was asking about 16u and 18u, meaning 94s, 93, etc., not 95s, 96s, 97s and later. If you know Tbone, you would know he could care less about what is happening in 12u and 14u. He is in 16u, get the picture.
