We Need Hitting Lessons For 14u Player-Any Recommendations?

by 98PitchersDad » Sun Aug 19, 2012 5:53 pm

Hello,
Daughter needs hitting lessons and would prefer to stay close to North Orange County where we live. Any referrals would be appreciated. Please either post info below or send email to: softballfamily@gmail.com

Thank you very much.

She is a right handed batter. Daughter hits the ball hard, but everything is on the ground. Has hitting coach, but he doesn't seem to be fixing that. I would prefer more line drives and more distance for as hard as she is hitting the ball. Do I have the wrong philosophy or should I be happy with ground balls?

She takes hitting lessons once a week now, but I think it might be time to make a change.

Andy Trivino, Baseball Softball World in Placentia, (714) 423-4767. Andy is great at fine tuning a player's swing.

If Walnut is not too far, we have been extremely happy with April Valdez. She uses the cages at "The Clubhouse" in Walnut.

She communicates with my DD in a way no other coach has been able to and has her confidence soaring. It's the quickest half hour of the week, but both money and time well spent.

Out or Yorba Linda.

our choice as well! Pat & Katie really know how to communicate with the kids... a great experience!
