12u SoCal teams going to Moline

Is there a list of the 12u SoCal teams going to Moline this year? Or are many of them playing Premier?

I seen alot of So Cal teams on the PGF website registered for PGF Nationals. What about the So Cal ASA States berth winners? Are they going to Moline? What teams are going to both nationals? I seen a georgia team was going to both nationals.
