Hey coach - not sure what day you lost the Bownet but we saw one packed up and sitting in the center section of the track as we warmed up around 11:30am on Sunday. Hope this helps narrow down your search.

Good luck.

I will check with our coaches tonight.

on another note, we are looking for 1 or 2 players (1st base/outfielders) for our JO tourney here in Vegas next weekend. It is a great tournament that is very competitive. We had the injury bug and are in need of some help.
If you know of anyone interested have them call our coach Nate Ball- 702.373.2365.

We live in a canyon and you will often hear the coyotes out at night. We frequently see "Missing Cat" posters up on neighborhood light poles, and you know damn well what happened to those cats. Do you blame the coyotes for eating the cats? Or do you wonder why someone would leave their cat out at night?

The coyotes have your net. Chalk it up to experience.

1) Someone already said they saw it packed up sitting in the middle of the track, so it wasn't like someone rushed in and snatched it from your huddle. Sounds more like it was left behind.

2) Calling out the general public, accusing "them" of stealing from 12 year old girls, when it was probably absent minded coaches leaving it behind, isn't going to score you any points here.

3) It's been a couple of weeks, I think the coyotes are long gone by now.
Deserve's got nothin' to do with it.

Glad we are not on that team, Coaches who do not take responsibility for things are idiots! BTW on my way to work this AM I saw a coyote that looked like a wienner dog. You might want to follow it and see what it drops out.

Talksalot, we are responsible and we are not idiots. However, I am guilty of actully thinking I could trust my fellow competitors in leaving my equipment alone. We have never had a problem before. Lesson learned! Ultimately the only one losing in this are the girls. I was merely hoping someone picked it up by mistake and would return it. Whoever has equipment they did not work for is sending the wrong meessage to their team.

How did the girls lose out? Are you not getting another net? Or are you making them pay for it? :o

The "we are not idiots" comment made me lol... are you sure?
