I saw that the previous year ASA showed teams that dropped out at the same time as sharing places, if that is the case here is what i think it pans out as
1. Corona Angels
2. OC Impact
3. Grapettes
4. TNL

5. SJ Sting and DeerPark TPS
6. TX Travelers and Kruzers
7. Bomb Squad, RR Blaze, A.Heat, Nem.Elite
8. Chi Express, Spring Sting, Corona Angels 96, Minors Gold
9. American Athletics, Comets, Bham Vipers, Texas Ladycats, Texas Kaos,, KC Explosion, Tsunami Gold, Fireball Softball.
10. Salinas Storm, Allsports, V. Stars, GA Lightening, Atl.Glory, Hillsboro Thunder, Texas Elite.

Assuming everything else is right, the "places" would be as follows:

It looks like the top 16 were all Texas/California with the exception of ChiTown Express. Kudos to all the teams for their efforts in the "hotter than hot" heat & humidity.
