Pick-up teams for dark players

This might not be in the correct forum (numerouno, please move it if it isn't) but I wasn't sure where to post this. This also may be a bit premature.

Is anyone putting together a pick-up team for 8th graders playing on teams that go dark? I know there were some teams last year put together specifically for these types of players. I have a utility player I need to find a home for a few months.
