I didn't go to either of them but if I had to choose, I'd go with Myers. He preaches under control through the box as opposed to the "Arizona sprint" style which I do not like. But that's a matter of personal preference.
And since personal preference is a bigger factor with slapping since there are multiple styles, there isn't a "best in the business".

Noleana Woodard (Woody) is by far the best slap coach I have seen in Riverside or San Diego County. She is in the Private Fury Cages in Murrieta, where Hopkins also rents a stall. She is in Murrieta on Mondays and Thursdays. In Gardena on Tuesday and Riverside on Wednesdays.
She played four years at San Jose, is a SJSU Hall of Famer, coached at SJSU, coached at North Carolina Tar Heels, played professionally for the Firestix, and has been a college recruiter for years. Female, was a slap her whole career (unlike the others), and can make any type of player better.
Highly recommended, but hard to get in with.
