Try out bats in SoCal?

Anyone know of where you can go use the latest bats to try them out before buying them? pref up in Northern SoCal, like Valencia or thereabouts?

At Turkey last weekend there was a dealer who had loaner bats for kids to try out in actual games, which was pretty cool. Anyone know who that was, how to reach them?

Samantha Ford Synergy (Valencia) used to have test bats when the big facility was there... If Sam is still training and giving lessons privately she probably(worth a call) has the same setup just not at the pricey facility.

Some sporting good places have batting cages in the back so you could try out bats. Call around.

Definitely not any place in Valencia like that. Even when Synergy did it, it was only with the bats they carried which at the time was pretty much Easton and Schutt. I'm kinda surprised batting cages haven't been more pro-active about that. I know I would have driven a reasonable distance and paid a decent fee if I could have had an hour in a cage with DD and all of the "current" bats. That would have certainly cut down on the number of bats sitting in my garage that DD didn't end up liking as much as she thought she would.

Tryout other players bats on your team or buy a White and Purple Stealth and call it a day!!! If you dont like it, give me a call and I'll buy it from you.
