CLASSY would have been to pull the girls off the bags before the pitch for 1,2,3, outs after you were up by 10 runs. Sub in weak batters, pitch #4, STOP STEALING, and jus keep the run differential to 10 so you have nothing to worry about. It wasn't even bracket play. TCS pool play is only one hour 15 or 20 so you could have done that for 2 innings and done the right thing. Running up 24-0 in pool play ??? That is beyond classless and totally ghetto and I never heard of such a thing. These eliminators coaches givbe rec ball coaches a bad name !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Look here!!!!!!!!!! I am a coach for CE, the guy that stands next to 1B, if you have a problem with what I do, be a man, approach me, engage in conversation. Its pretty cowardly to come onto Heybucket, and make these comments. Just so you know, I teach the girls on this team to play hard from first pitch to last pitch, to get better everytime they set foot on the dirt.

Which is why this team made the jump from rec ball; you see the majority of these girls are from Corona, and have known each other for several years.

Corona Eliminators rising fast......Won the So Cal Mizuno tournament this past weekend. Beating HB Breeze 12-2 in the semi's, and SoCal Mizuno 12-0 in four innings, to win the tourney. The offense came very strong, with several strokes into field. The lefty.....was in automatic mode.
The rumor is that this team is all coming back in 2010, and is looking to face the best of the best. With only one thing on their mind.......RESPECT.

Other than CE (who by the way has not changed since rec ball) are there any other teams worthy of our energy? There are teams out there that have good solid players and playing top ranked teams tough. We all know CE has something to prove. There is still a whole season to go and it looks like it could be interesting to see how teams finish the season.
