This thread just went sideways and got interesting...I agree with THE TRUTH here, if you are going to come in with a blanket statement like 'No Cal team will win Nationals', at least back it up with some reasons why. Don't call your shot half-way, name names.

And, crazy softball peeps, who you calling fat, errr Corn Fed?

I am not to impressed with the 12u talent in CA with the exception of Power Surge ( including my own DDs team) and a few players here and there. Doesnt mean I am a CA hater and would really like to see a CA team win.

Get over the corn fed statement..these kids out of State are getting better and if you haven't seen the size of some of these 12u kids in CA then I dont know what games you are attending. Do we blame the size on smog

You want me to qualify my prediction..Ok.. I see a repeat of when this age group of 96's were first year 12's and second year 10's, ASA Nationals 2007 and 2008.

Prove me wrong and I will be the first to apologize Aug. 2, 2009.

I don't think it's your color that is bothersome, it's the silly little train on the front.

Haha! Reminds me of a story...

When Bo Schembechler was first introduced to the Alumni Foundation as Head Coach at Michigan, he said "The first order of business is to do something about that helmet"

It was meant as a joke, but met with stony silence!

We miss Bo.

(the quote might not be exactly right, but you get the idea)
Don't worry about tomorrow. You did that yesterday.
