Who has the strongest Pitching in 12u & 14u

You have to be joking, right? Is this the Rec Ball team that plays in the Burbank Fall League that is supposed to start playing travel in the Spring??? If it is how can you say they are the best anything while they are playing rec? If it is not the same team sorry.

Read the quote carefully. He said it was the best hitting team he has seen so far . That pretty much quantifies it under a fairly narrow set of parameters. ;)
