Tryout by Divisions on HB for CA ???

Since it is so easy to freeze tryouts section, why haven't you done it before? I post once per day only so I don't get pushed down to page 18 by the afternoon(at work). You know who post multiple posts and bump it several times per day.

If you take the total number of teams 15 in 10s , 35-40 in 12s, 35-40 in 14s,35 in 16s and 30 in 18s . That's how many I counted in the 8 pages that remained. Average 25 posts per page .145 -200 teams there would only be 7-10 pages for all divisions . Instead of 17 . It would be cleaner and nicer for all to get to when looking for a team for little Susie .

Why can't you post by division and freeze it to one post per team.If you are worrying about the $100 per team charge each to freeze front page. Charge each team $10 to post. That would make up for the money you miss from top pagers. Everyone uses the bucket make everyone pay for the bucket.If a team wants multiple posts you make more. I would personally rather pay $10 then have to post multiple times a day just to get 10 kids to a tryout. I do have a 9-5.

It will save Number #1 from having to buy extra space in cyberland. I say clear the board and make some $ and people.

Everyone knows travels teams have tons of money left over at the end of the season. (Insert oc dynasty jokes here). What's 10 bucks?

I do like the way you think, but that would take thinking on the reader ,,,how would you solve the bumping issue on friendies??

Same thing. Pay $10 bucks. We make 700 to 1000 dollars on a friendly. Again, what's 10 bucks.
You are supposed to pay a percentage of your sales back to the bucket if you sell something, right? Charge people beforehand or don't post on the bucket.

Pretty simple, everyone wants to raise money to run their teams or fill their own friendlies? People will pay or no one will come to their tryout or friendly. You don't have to pay to ask a dumb question or talk smack . But you do to recruit , sell something or fill up a friendly. Number1 doesn't run this site to pay the mortgage, I thinks he keeps people's house cool in the summer. But why not make It easier on the folks that run the site and be able to add things and upgrade where needed.

This is an informative site that has helped me not only to start a team, continue to add players ,and fill my friendlies. I have no problem as a coach paying 20 bucks a month to post for a player if one gets hurt or to fill my friendly with one more team. I pay that for balls every Sunday. Plenty of other sites have attempted to do what the bucket has. 43ft , fastpitch first or whatever it is , eteamz. But I don't go those daily maybe once a month. I like heybucket.

Pay or don't.


Sorry you can move this topic to feedback section. But some has to do it , even more reason to charge a little to run site and move topics.

Shouldn't there be something for 10u that would stop the continous posting by teams that are trying to lure unsuspecting familes to thier team? Pure fast pitch 10u and OC Elite have new posts 2-3 times a week.
