Drop - Fastball thrown slowly to similate downward movement
Curve - Don't ask, just look out!

Hasn't pitched since 8U BUT every practice before the rest of team gets there she is showing off throwing BULLETS...

There was no 43-45mph pitch shown in that clip of her at age 7. Most of those were low 30s. Just sayin'...
