ASA 8.3.E: The runner who first legally occupied the base is entitled to that base unless forced to advance.

R2 is out if tagged while both runners are in contact with the base. It's the same in Baseball.

I would also add, that then the scenerio would most likely be runners on 2nd and 3rd as I doubt the kid who hit the grounder (now FC) would be sitting on first watching the play. No way she didn't advance to second and hold ready to make the next move....

So two runners still in scoring position with 2 outs - worse case most likely. So basically you have the same situation as if they threw the runner out at one with a "check the runner" type situation.
