To me it looks like she is pushing off from somewhere else than the pitchers plate..
IMO ;)
But would need to see more frames to be sure...

Although you will need to see more frames to determine whether there is a replant, based upon the bearing of weight on the back leg, I would guess that a replant is highly likely.

Refer to the attached video from the NCAA training site on illegal pitches and replanting.

I can't imagine any following movement that would NOT be a push. Try to follow through from that position with a drag and NOT make it look like a push.
