Scorebook question??

Rule question? Get it answered here.

Runner on 1, batter hits line drive down right field line, it drops in and rolls. For some reason runner on 1 decides it is safer to stay put on first (they are girls, I have no idea what they are thinking).
Right fielder gets the ball and throws to 2nd for force out.
Is this a F.C. in the scorebook??

LMAO and wishing I could instill just a tad of that hesitation in my sons 8U Rec team.
3 weeks into the season and everytime one of them reaches 1st base I asked them the same question. "What do you do on a pop up?"
"Stay on the base and wait to see if they catch it"
3 seconds later I'm yelling "Get back! Get back!"

Maybe she's thinking, "If only I had a special coach, one who could station himself just a few feet away from me and didn't really have anything else to do on the field other than tell me when I should or shouldn't run, then these kinds of screw-ups wouldn't happen. Boy, it would be great if the rules let us do something like that! We could even call him...I don't know...maybe...a base coach. He could tell me when I need to tag up or when I need to run before the pitcher even throws a pitch. And when I'm supposed to run, he could even yell something like, "Go, go, go!". That would be awesome!"
