When is it time to retire?

DD and I went through the umpire training together, what a great way to gain knowledge of the game, what Ump's go through, how hard it is to call a games, read and memorize the rules, etc. DD knows more than some coaches now. Even though she didn't stick with it I'm glad she did it. I highly recommend every coach or player go through the training and ump at least 1 or 2 games. Sure gives you a different perspective.

I believe most of the ump's try there best to call a perfect game, but my DD and I now know it's about as hard as my DD pitching a perfect game.
