Heres the situation
First and second one out. Swingin bunt in front of the plate towards the first base line. catcher makes a throw to first umpire calls out, first baseman throws home to keep runner rounding third from scoring, the batter/runner runs to second base and is thrown out (again), runner from third scores. what is the ruling and code section?

Under ASA rules it is 8-7-P.

When after being declared out, or after scoring, an offensive player interferes with a defensive players opportunity to make a play on another runner.

Effect: The ball is dead. The runner closest to home at the time of the interference is out. All runners not out must return to the last base touched at the time of interference.

Note: A runner continuing to run and drawing a throw may be considered a form of interference. This does not apply to a batter-runner running on a dropped third strike rule.

Does DMC mean Deficient Mental Conditioning? Because that's the reason I can come with for the catcher throwing out a runner who has already been put out.

This exact play was in the little league softball world series. Who knows what the catcher was looking at at the very moment the runner on 1st was called out. Not only that, but the base umpire would have been over in C position on this play (left side of field) and if he wasnt very loud in his call it may very well have been missed.

It would be the umpires judgement, but if they felt the retired runner continuing to run drew the throw allowing the run to score, they could rule in interference.

not sure what she was thinking or not thinking. may not have heard the ump, combined with opposing team yelling first pulled her foot and instinct seeing the batter continue to second. it was a friendly, our team learned something and now an asst coach knows how to correctly discuss it with the umps.
