Other teams are calling about my daughter!!

I of course as a parent, am so appreciative that other teams/coaches see how good of a ball player my daughter is. Mind you she is 10u! We have gotten offers to move on to better teams/organizations. But just havent made that move yet. Due to the fact that my daughter has made strong bonds with her current team and has put so much effort into her current team. That it just seems so hard to break . (Plus I do see talent with our current team, we just need more work)!

I mean there is always going to be a team better, right? And just becasue you were the NAME on the jersey doesnt make your team /organization is the greatest! I'm just so confused as to take that big leap- Also, I plan on moving my daughter to a Dvision 1 team next year for 12u. So should I bite the bullet now? Any advise???

I'm sure if your daughter leaves her current team for greener pastures, her supporting cast will be grateful for the time that she graced them with her presence!

I dont know weather to take this as a smart comment? Or just a general question? She is still on Team 3. which we have been putting a lot into. And things are chaning for the better. But again the DOORS are still opening for my daughter! And I keep closing them!
